Inflatable paddleboard Order Modifications
Our Inflatable paddle boards are built to order. This means we build the
board specific to your order specifications. We offer over 10 standard build. Configurations and tens of thousands in our Custom Lab. After you place your order –if you want to change anything about your Inflatable paddleboard (color, deck option, etc.), your board will be restarted in our production system. For standard board orders, modifications and cancellations are subject to the following
Cancellation/Modification Fee: $50 within 3 business days of order placement. $100 after that.
Lead Time: Your lead time will reset to the payment date of your modification. If
you have multiple boards on your order, you will be charged shipping for the
modified board as it may ship separately. CUSTOM LAB ORDERS MAY NOT BE REFUNDED, MODIFIED, OREXCHANGED ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PAID
Inflatable paddle board Returns and Exchanges
Upon receiving your Rock Rock is up we suggest that you inflate it and inspect the boards and stand in it to test fit and sizing before taking it outdoors. You must Contact Us to obtain return authorization approval before sending in any returns. If your Inflatable paddleboard purchased at full price does not meet your expectations and has not been used, we will exchange it, or accept a return as follows: · Within 15 days of receipt: Exchange or returns accepted minus a $100 restocking fee (shipping not included in either option). Custom Lab boards are not refundable, or exchangeable.
15 + days: No returns or exchanges on Inflatable paddleboards.
Missing or Incorrect Items: You must notify us of any missing or incorrect items
in your package within 15 days of receiving your order. Return shipping charges are not covered. boards and other products must be returned clean, dry, undamaged, and unused. No returns or exchanges will be accepted if the board or product is dirty (this includes pet hair), or has been damaged or modified in any way. Returns or exchanges of any used boards or products are subject to our prior authorization and subject to a restocking fee of not less than 20%and may be increased based on the condition of the board when it is received.
Pre-order Returns and Exchanges:
For most pre-orders, there is no refund. We accept exchange under some conditions. If a customer needs a refund customer should contact us through email
at contact@rockrock.tv within 15 days if eligible. Customers may claim an exchange if they receive damaged goods however they must
provide video proof:
Customers are advised to make a video while unwrapping and unboxing their
product from delivery packaging. This video will be used as proof that the customer
received damaged goods:
In case of Performance issues, refund, replacement, and repair services will be
decided and given by the After sales department.
If video proof is not provided or video is made after the product has been unboxed then the customer will not be entitled to a refund.
